We offer elevator service and ground-floor common areas which include coin operated laundry, meeting room with complete kitchen, and exercise room with two recumbent workout bikes and a big screen TV. There is a pea patch for tenant use located between the building and our adjacent park. We are located within walking distance of Seattle’s international district. There is a First Hill Street Car stop in front of our building and there are several bus stops for varying routes within one block. Our views of the city and surrounding landscape are also quite nice.
