A COVID-19 pop up vaccination clinic co-hosted by Wisteria View Housing and International Community Heath Services (ICHS) will be held on December 15th at Wisteria View Manor in the meeting room (room 117).
Appointments are required. Only the Pfizer vaccine is being offered. Registration forms are available at the Wisteria View Manor office or by emailing vaccine@wisteriaview.org.
The government is no longer paying for COVID vaccinations so you must have medical insurance to participate in this vaccination clinic. If your insurer is Kaiser, ICHS is out of network and you will not be able to participate in this pop up vaccination clinic. Kaiser customers please obtain your vaccination at a Kaiser facility.
Once you submit your request for an appointment ICHS will be verifying your insurance coverage prior to setting an appointment time for you. This process may take a few business days.
