CenturyLink is the building’s telephone service and internet (DSL) provider. If service is desired tenants are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own personal account with CenturyLink.

Tenants are required to establish and maintain an electric utility account with Seattle City Light, please also note their low-income assistance program located Here.
Sewer, garbage, recycling, composting, and water service are included in the monthly rent.
